To create an account for Open SIUC, first go to the main page at opensiuc.lib.siu.edu
1. Click on the My Account link at the top right of the page. This will take you to a new page in the same tab.
2. On the bepress Selected Works login page, click the Sign up link at the bottom of the page.
3. Fill in all the required information to create your account. You may use your SIUMed email address if you prefer; an SIUC email address is not required.
4. Once you click Create Account, you will be sent an email from noreply@bepress.com. Follow the instructions in that email to confirm your account.
5. Return to the Open SIUC webpage at opensiuc.lib.siu.edu and click My Account and sign in with the account you just created.
